Self nourishment is essential if one desires to flourish. It is the way we show our mind, body, and soul the gratitude for being. Therefore we can do, be, and give from a more nourished and much fuller place.
Often self-nourishment gets left behind if we don’t recognize the importance of it. Other times we might be feeling as if we are too busy to take the time for self-care, I know this because as a mom I could think of a million things that need to be done before I take time to nourish myself. However, if I take a little time to self nourish myself my cup feels overfilled that makes me want to do and be better for myself and the people around me.
The reality is that none of us are always too busy to take a little time for ourselves, we are just not prioritizing it. Think of all the time we might be spending procrastinating, watching something on tv or scrolling through social media. Those times could be spent doing something that nourishes our mind, body, and soul. Today I wanted to make a list of all the easiest and effortless ways that one can practice self-nourishment without making extreme changes. It is all about the little things that will start making a difference.
